clipflip is the free smartphone App, with which creative minds can earn money for sharing their abilities and knowledge with the whole world. It is our goal to publish as many helpful and informative videos as we can. If you can explain to us how to change the tires on your car, how your outfit is that little extra more noteworthy or simply give us a few tips on how to ask out the girl of your dreams – it doesn’t matter what – let us know! As long as it is informative and interesting, our interest is piqued and we’ll pay you for your video. We upload the videos that we receive from you to different informative channels as well as YouTube so that the entire world can borrow a part of your knowledge in the future.
Originality matters to clipflip. We wish for every helpful video to be a unique copy and not a video that is already published somewhere else. Otherwise we would not be able to pay money for videos. Unfortunately the only way to ensure this is to have every submitted video created soley by the clipflip App. We hope that this makes sense and thank you for your understanding.
Have you checked all of your email folders? It’s possible that PayPal has written to you for payment confirmation. If that is not the case, then we ask you to please contact our support (info@clipflip.com) and share with us the email address (that your PayPal account is registered under) in addition to the Video-ID or the date and time for when the video was uploaded. We will then have the ability to help you quickly.
Video data files become large very quickly and uploads can take quite a long time. If, however, the video is not uploading at all, there are many reasons that could be the cause. Often, the cause of the the upload issues is relegated to your internet connection and has nothing to do with the clipflip App itself. Ensure that you are connected to a WLAN network and that this connection is working properly. It is best to upload via WLAN and advisable to do so while sleeping for a big video, as it will take some time. If, however, the upload fails to work at all or hangs, please contact our support at info@clipflip.com. In order for us to better assist you, please include information regarding which version of the clipflip App you are using, what phone you are attempting to use in addition to the video topic that you are attempting to upload.

That means that your video was not good enough for our video experts. There can be many reasons for that:
-The audio quality was not good enough
-The video image is blank or remains the exact same throughout the video
-You simply filmed another, pre-existing video
-You are underage and appear in your video. clipflip is not allowed to publish videos in which we can see who you are, if you are obviously under 18 years of age. If you are underage, please find a topic, in which you do not need to show your face
-It could also be that the app-version you are using is too old, and you are not able to send us videos with this version. Make sure that you have the latest version on your smartphone!
